Melisa Camp, M.Ed., Realtor, GREEN, and LEED Green Associate
Melisa Camp, “The Green Queen,” is a licensed Arizona real estate agent and an expert in green building and design. Ms. Camp heads up Arizona’s Residential Green Building Committee (RGBC) though the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and actively advocates and educates homeowners, other Realtors, lenders, appraisers, green professionals, builders, and those in government.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. She is taking coursework for her Green MBA now and developing a sustainable franchise concept.
As a former teacher and journalist, Camp authors a well-followed blog, “Bring the Green.” Greenqueen.featuredblog.com She is also drafting some children’s books.
Camp volunteers her time speaking to HOA’s, schools, businesses, and anyone and everyone who would like to learn. She also volunteers with the Arizona Association of Realtors and Phoenix Association of Realtors as the Young Professionals Network Advisory Board and the Phoenix Green Chamber of Commerce.
Louis W. Camp IV, Esq.
Lou Camp is an attorney focusing his practice on civil litigation, namely contract, personal injury, malpractice, and internet law. He is looking to expand his practice area into sports law in the near future.
Mr. Camp received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University in 2002. While in law school, Mr.Camp had the unique opportunity to study abroad at Oxford University in London, England. After law school, Mr. Camp served as bailiff and law clerk for the Honorable John Ditsworth of the Maricopa County Superior Court.
A Michigan native, Mr. Camp graduated Magna Cum Laude in Psychology at Oakland University in 1999.
Robert D. Olen, CPA
Bob Olen is a Certified Public Accountant specializing in personal tax returns, corporate and non-profit audits. He has maintained and expanded a client base for more than 20 years and manages audit, review and compilation for non-for-profits, condos and coops. Mr. Olen has managed personal, corporate, partnership, trust, non-profit, gift and estate tax returns.
Mr. Olen received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bradley University. While working as a CPA for John Kopczyk, Ltd., he also owned and operated his own small business. He recently relocated from Chicago to Tempe and is looking to grow his business in the Southwest.
He has volunteered with the Knights of Columbus and has raised funds for children’s charities for over 15 years. He has served as President of the Board and as Treasurer. One of the most successful events he has organized is called Cheeseburger in Paradise.
