EXPERIENCE:

I now have over 12 years' experience as a full-time Springfield Realtor and recepient of the International President's Award for homes sold. I have many more years as a resident  and parent in the area, raising 3 (now adult) children with my husband Gary. They all (Brian, Curt & Bethany) went to school here, left for college and returned to find careers in our area. With this experience and my 8 yrs as a property investor and remodeler,  I bring a wealth of personal knowledge regarding all areas in Sangamon County, IL such as Springfield, Chatham, Rochester, Sherman, Riverton, and Petersburg.
 

BACKGROUND: 

Being the daughter of an Air Force pilot for many years, I have experienced  living in many areas of America from Alaska, to New York, Georgia to Nebraska and points between, so I may have dealt with some of the same issues you probably have encountered! I help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate objectives while realizing that kids, pets, elderly parents, vacations and "life" all play a big part in the style home and location that you need. I will work tirelessly on your behalf to make your next home buying or home selling experience a pleasant and successful one, and that includes listening to your list of wants and needs to maximize your success! I have a strong commitment to serving the Lord in any capacity I am in, and it has been my priviledge to be on the board of Washington Street Mission for the past 7 years and an active member at Faith Bible Church for over 30 years.
